Learn to offload the body and mind: building efficient and smart patterns through movement.
Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement ® lessons will lead students to build new individualized movement patterns that fit into one's structure and usage, in order to move efficiently and comfortably.
Through observing how the brain organizes and commands the body, students will be guided to search for efficient, easy ways to move and respond to internal body senses. Students will find themselves with better posture, quality of movement and decreased pain. Some may also experience a change in sensation and perception.
The practice will strengthen self learning, self improvement mechanisms and bring about body and mind benefits.
